The Leadership Bootcamp is an innovative leadership development program that helps you to level up your skills as a manager. This 6-month course offers twelve group sessions, three one on ones with a coach, and access for all participants in the private online learning space where they can work together.

  • Class time: 9:00 AM EST to 10:30 AM EST

Registration is easy at 1-2-3!

  1. Get your manager’s permission to attend the BootCamp.

  2. Commit to attending all sessions. Missing more than two sessions will result in you being dropped from the BootCamp.

  3. Fill out the registration form to be scheduled for your enrollment interview.
