LeadHer: Leadership Competency Accelerator

A 90-day program will help you pinpoint the skills and habits you need to develop to achieve your and the organization’s goals. You'll learn to leverage your strengths and develop the skills and behaviors needed to move forward.

The LeadHer Accelerator Program is for leaders on an upward trajectory. This program will teach you how to elevate your influence among peers, stakeholders, and the community. The focus is on self-awareness, communication skills, leadership, and business insight.

Safe Place Leadership: The Safe Leader

Psychological safety is based on the social dynamic of a team rather than simply on individuals. This is why the role of the leader is key. A leader needs to drive psychological safety at work, but if they cannot do that, it is unlikely that team members will develop it on their own.

This course will help participants identify how their leadership style may impact the team's psychological safety. They will learn to look at themselves, understand their own triggers and stressors and identify how to manage them.

Leading Through Uncertainty

Leading Through Uncertainty is an introduction to practical tools and strategies for managing and leading in uncertain times. In this course, participants will explore relevant topics such as complexity, emerging trends, and conflicting interests. By the end of this course, participants will possess the skills and strategies to take on any challenge with success and talent.
