What Is the LeadHer Accelerator?

The LeadHer Accelerator is a 3-month leadership experience designed for high-performing women ready to expand their influence and elevate their impact. Through a mix of in-person and virtual learning, individualized coaching, and behavioral insights, this program helps you lead yourself, your team, and your organization—without burning out or playing small.

Whether you're preparing for a larger role, leading through change, or need space to refocus your leadership, the Accelerator provides you with the tools, coaching, and structure to grow.

Program Schedule & Format

Training Experiences

Session 1: The LeadHer
Date: August 15th, 2025 | Location: Greater Philadelphia Area
Before this session, each participant will complete assessments, receive a 360 review, and have a one-on-one onboarding session with a coach. This full-day experience focuses on developing your leadership with clarity, presence, and resilience. Through reflection and practical tools, participants will explore personal leadership patterns, strategies for preventing burnout, emotional regulation, and developing executive presence. The goal is to establish a solid foundation in leadership before assuming leadership roles.

Session 2: The LeadHer & Others (Virtual)

Date: August 29th, 9:00 AM-1:00 PM

This session explores how to lead people, not just projects. Participants will develop strategies for giving and receiving feedback, navigating conflict with confidence, and building trust through effective communication. The session offers real-world tools for leading teams with emotional intelligence, clarity, and accountability in today’s complex workplace.

Session 3: The LeadHer & the Organization (Virtual)

Date: September 12th, 9:00 AM-1:00 PM

Leadership isn’t just personal—it’s strategic. This session focuses on thinking beyond the day-to-day to align your leadership with organizational goals. Participants will sharpen their strategic thinking, learn how to prioritize what drives results, and build confidence in contributing to broader business conversations and decisions.

Receive real-time guidance and peer insight in a collaborative space.
