LeadHer Retreat
May 15th-18th
Arizona
A soft place to land. A clear place to rise.
Bloom Anyway
A retreat created for Black women who refuse to shrink in a world that benefits from their doubt.
You are worthy. You are necessary. You are built for impact.
This Spring, step into a space that strengthens you, restores your clarity, and positions you to lead your year with intention, confidence, and a grounded plan.
Who This Retreat Is For
This retreat is for the woman who leads with strength, loves with depth, and carries more than she ever says out loud. The woman who is called, capable, and grounded in her faith—yet quietly tired from holding so much together.
Bloom Anyway speaks to her.
The woman who keeps showing up even in imperfect seasons.
The woman who trusts God, even when her own clarity feels thin.
The woman who knows there’s more for her, but needs space to breathe so she can hear what comes next.
If you’ve been leading hard and longing for stillness…
If you want a year led by intention instead of pressure…
If you feel the whisper that it’s time to reset, realign, and rise again…
Then this retreat is for you.
A place where your strength is honored, your spirit is restored, and your next season becomes clear.
RETREAT PROMISE
When you say yes to Bloom Anyway, you are not signing up for a weekend that fades when you return home. You are stepping into a season designed to support real movement in your life.
We promise to meet you where you are, whether you feel stuck, steady, or somewhere in between. You will be given space to think, reflect, and reconnect without pressure to perform or explain yourself.
Through thoughtful preparation before the retreat, intentional time together during it, and continued community afterward, you will not walk this journey alone. You will gain clarity where things feel cloudy, steadiness where things feel heavy, and connection where you may have been carrying too much on your own.
You will leave with more than inspiration.
You will leave with language for what you are experiencing, tools you can return to, and a community that continues to walk with you as you integrate what you’ve learned.
Bloom Anyway promises not to change your life overnight.
It promises to help you move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and support, wherever you are planted.
This retreat is a reset, but it’s also a reclamation — a reminder that you are allowed to choose yourself and build the year you desire.
What’s Included in Your Experience
Three Pre-Retreat Learning Sessions
Before we meet in person, you’ll participate in three live virtual sessions designed to help you arrive grounded and present. For those who feel stuck, these sessions create clarity and forward movement. For those who already have direction, they offer space to refine, steady, and deepen. Together, we build shared language and trust before ever entering the retreat space.
The Bloom Anyway Retreat
The retreat itself is where rest and insight meet. You’ll step out of survival mode and into a space where you can think clearly, breathe deeply, and reconnect with what matters. Whether you are finding your way or strengthening the one you’re on, this time is designed to support both reflection and renewal. You will receive:
Private room
Meals
Connection
Curated Activities
Six Months of LeadHer Community Access
Every attendee receives six months of complimentary access to the LeadHer community. This is for women who know growth requires support. It is a place to stay connected, continue learning, and walk alongside others who are also committed to living and leading with intention.
Investment: $2,500 (payment plans are available)
What the Women Are Saying
“In a world that tries to erase you, it is priceless to be in a room of women who look you in the eye and say, ‘I see you.’”
“We came as strangers, and within 24 hours, we bloomed into a sisterhood rooted in grace, truth, and love.”
“We talked about life, love, loss, racism, resilience, money, business—and so much more.”
“Grateful doesn’t even begin to cover it. She has bloomed.”
