Rewrite 365 Announces Leadership Appointments to Advance Mental Health, Learning, and Organizational Performance
Rewrite 365, a leadership and culture development firm known for strengthening team dynamics and organizational performance, today announced key leadership appointments that reflect the firm’s continued evolution and commitment to supporting the total health and performance of the organizations it serves.
Paul Bashea Williams has been appointed Managing Director. Kory Miles has been appointed Vice President of Learning and Development. Founder Uneeka Jay will transition from President to Founder, focusing on long-term vision and strategic direction for the firm.
These appointments come at a time when organizations are facing increased pressure to perform while navigating burnout, workforce fatigue, change, and growing mental health challenges. Rewrite 365 is responding by deepening its focus on integrating leadership, learning, culture, and wellness into one cohesive approach to organizational performance.
Williams brings a strong and established relationship with the firm, having worked with Rewrite 365 for the past five years as an executive coach and facilitator. A licensed psychotherapist, author, speaker, and founder of Hearts In Mind Counseling, he brings deep expertise in mental health, emotional intelligence, and relational leadership.
As Managing Director, Williams will lead the day-to-day operations of Rewrite 365, oversee execution, and guide the firm’s continued growth and impact.
Miles, a seasoned facilitator and leadership development professional, will oversee the firm’s training and leadership development initiatives as Vice President of Learning and Development. In addition to leading organizational learning experiences, Miles will help deepen Rewrite 365’s direct-to-consumer offerings, expanding access to personal growth, leadership, and wellness-centered programs for individuals beyond traditional corporate engagements.
As Founder, Uneeka Jay will step away from the day-to-day management of Rewrite 365 to focus on long-term vision, strategic direction, and expanding the firm’s impact. This transition strengthens the organization’s ability to lean more intentionally into mental health, leadership wellness, and the total well-being of the clients it serves, while Paul Bashea Williams assumes responsibility for daily operations and execution as Managing Director.
“This is a defining moment for Rewrite 365,” said Jay. “For years, we have helped organizations strengthen leadership, culture, and performance. What has become increasingly clear is that organizations cannot sustain healthy performance without addressing the mental and emotional well-being of their people. These leadership appointments position us to serve organizations more holistically and more intentionally in this next season.”
“Mental health is not separate from performance. It directly impacts it,” said Williams. “When people are emotionally healthy and supported, they lead differently, collaborate differently, and sustain results differently. I’m honored to help lead Rewrite 365 into this next chapter.”
With this leadership structure in place, Rewrite 365 is positioned to deliver a more integrated approach to organizational success, one that connects leadership, learning, culture, mental health, and well-being to drive meaningful and sustainable results.
